Biography

Food Engineer graduated from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (FURG) (2000), Master in Food Engineering (Study area in Bioengineering of Food, FURG, 2002) and Doctor in Chemical Engineering (Study area in Development of Biotechnological Processes, 2006) by Faculdade de Engenharia Química (FEQ) da Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). He is currently an Associate Professor at the Centro de Ciências Agrárias (CCA), Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCar), Dept Tecnologia Agroindustrial e Sócio-Economia Rural, Campus de Araras/SP, working on Biotechnology Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. He has experience in the area of biotechnological processes.
