Biography

Bioprocess and Biotechnology Engineer at UERGS (2009), Bento Gonçalves Unit. Master in Food Science and Technology by UFRGS (2011). PhD in Chemical Engineering from UFRGS (2015). Post-doctorate in Food Science and Technology by UFRGS (2016). She is currently a Professor at the Universidade Federal de São Carlos, Dept Tecnologia Agroindustrial e Sócio-Economia Rural, Centro de Ciências Agrárias – Campus de Araras. She has experience in the fields of immobilized reactor bioengineering, fermentation processes, utilization of agro-industrial wastes and mathematical modeling of bioprocesses.
