Biography
Agronomist graduated from the Universidade Federal de Lavras (UFLA, 1995), Master in Soil Science, also from UFLA (1998), PhD in Environmental Sciences from the University of Wageningen (WUR, 2003) and with a postdoctoral degree from UNICAMP (2007). He has experience in Soil Fertility and Plant Nutrition, with emphasis on the soil-plant relationship, where he works in teaching and research in the area of plant tolerance mechanisms to abiotic stresses. He currently holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Universidade Federal de São Carlos, Dept Desenvolvimento Rural, Centro de Ciências Agrárias – Campus Araras.
